Are these guaranteed loads?

It-s expedited freight, so loads are not guaranteed they come and go. The drivers that make the most are over-the-road and make an average of $2500 a week.

If so are they daily?

Yes, we do our best to get you moving as much as possible, there is wait time involved. You will need patience to wait up to 2 days at most sometimes in not so popular regions.

Monday through Friday?

Yes, we work 8 am to 7pm. Drivers are expected to be ready by 9-10am and wait till 5pm to get loaded.

Do we have the option to turn down loads?

Only when a customer or brokers is asking us to match a price, if we secure the load with the requirements you tell us you need to take the load.

If so, how much time do you require for a notice?

You need to call us ASAP when you get loaded for another broker.

Are these deliveries to homes that require any set up?

90% are no touch freight, if you do touch freight we will ask for $50-$150 for labor.

Are these one or two man truck routes?

It depends, mostly it's one person truck loads, but sometimes brokers required teams (two persons) and in that case we can charge a little bit more than usual.

Are the position for drivers who are looking to drive locally primarily 7pm till end 3am or 4am?

Local drivers are in select markets so it's important where the driver is located. As far as hours go there are no set hours. This is expedite and hot shot so loads come and go really quickly.  We send a morning text out by 8am and hope drivers respond back by 10am. Ready to drive 11am to 6pm EST. Sometimes their will be loads that pick up late like midnight or something but those would be scheduled during the times above so you would have a heads up. There is a good bit of freight that also moves overnight.

Are you hiring owner operators?  Local or OTR?  What's the mileage rate?

Only owner operators who own their own sprinter vans. Click Here and you can find our requirements as well as the pay info.

Local is only in select markets and those drivers make about $700 to $1,200 a week being home every night. That could be gross or net just depends on the week. Local drivers we expect up to 300 miles a day. Over the road is over 500 miles a day. Our goal is to get $2,000 a week for the over the road drivers.
